The restaurant 2 Estaciones practices seasonal cuisine, with the idea of pampering the seasonal product, working with precision under an artisan vision and seeking the maximum flavor.
For this reason, they take care of details such as the daily elaboration of bread at home.
The raw material enters the premises every day to be sold on the same day, converted into dishes, which come out of an open kitchen, installed behind a bar overlooking the dining room.
