Caboa is a restaurant characterized by its market cuisine, creative and innovative, but without abandoning the classic recipes of the national gastronomy, in which textures, aromas and quality are mixed.
It is a two-floor space tailored to the area with a complete offer to cover different times of the day: breakfast first thing in the morning, drinks after work and, both at noon and at night, a varied culinary offer with reasonable prices.
Among its dishes, you will discover its taco de puchero, the summer bravas or the surprising “Borja Fuster” Cuban rice.
Without forgetting the terrine of Iberian secret, the tataky of marinated tuna and Valencian rice, among others.
