The ninot exhibition is one of the most anticipated moments within the Fallas of Valencia 2025. This event, updated for this year, invites citizens and visitors to discover the masterpieces created by talented Fallas artists and to participate in the popular vote to save their favorite ninot from the fire.
History
The tradition of the ninot dates back to the origins of the Fallas of Valencia, where every year impressive sculptures are made which, after being exhibited, are destined for the cremà. Over time, the initiative arose to vote for the ninot that was considered the best, allowing one of them to be saved from the fire and preserved as artistic and cultural testimony. This initiative, which has evolved in 2025, merges tradition and citizen participation, becoming an essential event within the official program.
Exposición del Ninot 2025
The exhibition takes place in a specially enabled space in the center of Valencia, where the ninots of different falleras commissions are exhibited. Each work reflects the creativity, commitment and social criticism, characteristic of this ephemeral art. In addition, visitors can learn about the process of elaboration of these sculptures and appreciate the detail and dedication of their authors.
Are you passionate about Fallas and ephemeral art? Then you can’t miss the Exposición del Ninot. This unique event invites you to immerse yourself in the heart of Valencia’s most emblematic festival and to actively participate in a centuries-old tradition.
A sea of creativity and satire
Every year, the falleras commissions of Valencia compete to create the most ingenious and original ninots. These small monuments, loaded with satire and social criticism, are true works of art that reflect the idiosyncrasies of the city. During the Ninot Exhibition, you can admire these treasures up close and marvel at the creativity of the fallero artists.
Your vote counts
The most exciting thing about this exhibition is that you, as a visitor, have the power to decide the fate of the ninots. Over the course of several weeks, you will be able to vote for your favorites. The two most voted ninots, both in the children’s and adult categories, will be pardoned and saved from the flames of the cremá. Your vote can make history!
A great family plan
The Ninot Exhibition is a perfect activity to enjoy with the whole family. The little ones will be fascinated by the children’s ninots, full of color and fantasy. In addition, the Science Museum offers a wide variety of activities and exhibitions for all ages, so you can spend a full day discovering science and Valencian culture.
Popular Vote to Save the Ninot
One of the great attractions of the Ninot Exhibition 2025 is the popular vote. For this year, visitors have the opportunity to choose their favorite ninot through a voting system that takes place at the exhibition site. This event is not only a way to unite Valencians, but also to connect tourists with the most deeply rooted tradition of the city.
- Voting hours: From 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, every day during the exhibition.
- Location: The event venue will have several voting booths spread out, facilitating the experience for all attendees.
