The visit begins at the Ecomuseum of Bicorp, where the guide will make a brief introduction of the prehistory in the territory of the Caroig Massif, focusing on the artistic representations of the area. Then, we will move with a 4×4 car to the site. Once there, following the botanical itinerary, we arrive at the viewpoint of the Chorrador de la Rebolla, with openwork floor, overlooking the Barranco de Hongares and, through the path, to the cave paintings of the Cuevas de la Araña. This is one of the most important examples of rock art in the Mediterranean arc, and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1998. It is an exceptional example of Neolithic art, which highlights the representation of a scene of honey harvesting, an activity that still has a great tradition in the region. In this visit you will walk between 200 and 300 meters.
