You will visit our Copper Alembic Still, where the magic happens, and learn about the carefully selected ingredients that are transformed into the botanical elixir.

Immersive workshop with botanicals
The heart of the tour is the hands-on workshop where you will interact with the botanicals that bring Gin to life. You will have the opportunity to touch, smell and explore the various herbs, spices and botanicals that give Gin its distinctive flavors. Discover the aromas and flavors that make each Gin unique. Our expert will guide you through the art of blending and balancing these ingredients.

Final Gin Tasting
The grand finale of your visit is a tasting experience that will delight your senses. You will be taken through a step-by-step tasting of Roders Gin, the internationally awarded Gin we distill. Savor the complex flavors and aromas you just learned about. This is your chance to appreciate the craftsmanship and artistry behind each bottle. You will taste our Gins aged with American Oak and French Oak, ending with a final Gin Roders mixer, in addition, these will be tasted with a very special pairing, from Iberian Charcuterie to Dried Fruit, through Cured Cheese, they will make you feel all the nuances of our distillates. Finally, the experience will be completed with a tasting menu in a restaurant near the distillery, where you will enjoy a signature meal with local and seasonal products.
