Second edition of the Cheste Wine Fair

Cheste hosts the II edition of Vinachest with activities for all audiences

On the weekend of May 24, 25 and 26, Cheste will celebrate the second edition of Vinachest, the wine and gastronomy fair. The event will include a variety of free activities for all ages, including wine tastings, live performances and children's entertainment. Plaza Doctor Cajal will be the center of the action, with food trucks and exhibitors from local wineries offering a wide selection of food and beverages. The event does not require an entrance fee. Opening of the event

Organized by the Department of Tourism, Vinachest will open its doors on Friday 24 at 18:00, with an official opening at 19:00. Shortly after, at 19:45, the Cheste dance group will present an exhibition of traditional dances. From 18:00 to 21:00, there will be entertainment for the little ones in the children's area.

Wine tasting and 10K race

This year, Vinachest joins the 10K Cheste, adding a sporting proposal to the program. This race will be officially launched on Friday 24 at 20:15 in the plaza, highlighting renowned local athletes. The day will culminate with a musical performance by the Valencian indie rock band Los Roper at 21:30.

What stores can we find?

The fair will be attended by a wide variety of businesses in the Valencian Community, including Bodegas Reymos, Cooperativa Vinícola San Pedro Apóstol, Bodega Vinos y sabores Ecológicos (Requena-Valencia), Baronía de Turís and Masía Bondia.

Closing of Vinachest

On Sunday, the local winery Reymos will offer a new wine tasting at 13:30. In addition, the acoustic duo Blue Coco will put the finishing touch with a live performance. The children's area will be open from 12:00 to 14:00. The fair will officially close at 17:00, marking the end of its second edition.
