La Maria
In 2021, María Bertomeu Soria rose to fame as La Maria. She did it after a video of her singing “Arranquen vinyes” in Valencian, her mother tongue, went viral. And in 2023 she released her first album, “L’Assumpció”, which has consecrated her as the great revelation of the Valencian song, and her particular way of fusing folklore with contemporary music. Come and enjoy this event at the Teatro Agrícola, in Alboraya. In Valencian. Duration: 75 minutes. Price: 12€, in advance 10€.
Chamber at the Palau
The classical opera event features the participation of: Casandra Didu, violin; Luciano Casalino, violin; Paul Cortese, viola; David Apellániz, cello; and Óscar Oliver, piano. To perform Wolfgang A. Mozart: Quartet with piano No. 2 in E flat major, KV 493; and Antonín Dvorák: Quintet with piano No. 2 in A major, op. 81.
Antidepressant monologue by Arnau Soler
This is a comedy show that immerses the audience in a unique emotional journey. Arnau Soler, offers a funny yet insightful perspective on how to deal with emotional ups and downs.
In it, he invites the audience to laugh at adversity while discovering the beauty of finding joy, even in the darkest of times.
The event will take place on Saturday 11 and 18 at 22:30 at Cruz del Sur Shambala, Algirós.
