Mundua was born more than five years ago with a more informal cuisine.
Our tavern essence took us to the streets of the world.
Already then we wanted to transmit what cooking means to us; which is COOKING.
In our offer there were “sandwiches” that arose from traditional stews, we elaborated our pastrami, our dough, our sauces… over time we have evolved and awakened new concerns.
We want to go further.
We became artisans and added pickles, ferments, sausages and more to our old recipes.
We like to get the maximum flavor from the products, we seek potency.
We light the stoves, dirty the pots and sharpen the knives.
We elaborate everything at home so you know where things come from.
