Quesalia

The small town of Chelva, in the province of Valencia, becomes the gastronomic epicenter hosting the Quesalia festival, which has been gaining fame in previous editions. This gastronomic fair has not only become one of the most important in the region, but it is recognized throughout the province by a large number of enthusiasts. In an event organized by the City Council of Chelva to maintain the momentum of tourism in the municipality and its products. Quesalia was born with the intention of promoting and enhancing the value of artisan cheeses of the Valencian Community, thus promoting local production and betting on its quality and tradition.
