The National Museum of Ceramics opens its doors free of charge in solidarity with the victims of the DANA.

Free admission to the National Museum of Ceramics

As a show of solidarity in the face of the devastating effects of the DANA in Valencia, the González Martí National Museum of Ceramics and Sumptuary Arts has decided to open its doors completely free of charge from November 19, 2024 until January 6, 2025.

This unprecedented initiative seeks not only to allow the public to enjoy one of the most important collections of ceramics and decorative arts in Spain, but also to contribute to the social and cultural reconstruction of the Valencian community. By offering free access to its heritage, the museum joins the recovery efforts and shows its commitment to culture as an engine of hope and unity.

The National Museum of Ceramics, located in the Palacio del Marqués de Dos Aguas, houses a vast collection ranging from medieval pieces to contemporary creations. During these months, visitors can immerse themselves in the history of Valencian ceramics and admire the beauty and diversity of the pieces on display.

A unique opportunity to enjoy art and collaborate with a good cause.

This initiative not only benefits art and culture lovers, but also represents an opportunity for all Valencians and visitors to enjoy a space of tranquility and beauty at a difficult time. By visiting the museum, citizens indirectly contribute to the recovery of the city and show their solidarity with the people affected by the floods.
