Dance and Art Festival of Valencia
Valencia, a city with an abundance of cultural and artistic richness, is preparing to welcome dance and art lovers at its annual Festival. Organized jointly by the Department of Culture and Sport and the Valencian Institute of Culture. From April 13 to 21 you can enjoy the 37th edition of this show that this year has as its motto ‘Dolç rugir’, which means Sweet Roar, what they intend to convey. The aim of this event is to encourage the dissemination and appreciation of dance as a form of artistic expression, promoting diversity and cultural exchange.
The Festival’s program includes a total of 33 stage proposals, with Valencian and national productions, and even international premieres. All these productions will be performed in 20 different locations, including public and private halls, heritage and non-conventional spaces. Thus, museums, theaters, squares and parks will host these functions that aim to show contemporary creations present. Seeking to bring art closer to the population and making it part of the urban landscape, establishing a dialogue between dance and the environment.

The Valencia Dance and Art Festival promises to be an exciting and enriching experience for all dance and art lovers. With its varied programming and the participation of artists and companies.
