València Cuina Oberta: Taste the solidarity and local gastronomy

València China Oberta: Solidarity and Gastronomy

From November 21 to December 1, Valencia becomes the gastronomic epicenter with the return of Cuina Oberta. In this special edition, marked by the slogan “The flavor that unites us”, the initiative is adapted to the current circumstances to provide a double benefit: to revive the local economy and support the areas affected by the DANA.

A solidarity menu

With each menu tasted, diners become the protagonists of a solidarity action. Three euros from each sale will go to Table 0, an initiative promoted by renowned Valencian chefs such as Ricard Camarena, Begoña Rodrigo and Quique Dacosta. This action seeks to contribute to the recovery of the areas most affected by the recent torrential rains.

A unique gastronomic experience

More than 50 restaurants in the city join this edition, offering a wide variety of menus designed especially for the occasion. From haute cuisine proposals to more informal options, Cuina Oberta invites locals and visitors to discover the richness and diversity of Valencian gastronomy. Food lovers will be able to enjoy dishes prepared with local products and innovative techniques.

Don’t miss it! From November 21 to December 1, book your table and discover why València Cuina Oberta is the most awaited gastronomic event of the year.
