The Docks building was built in 1917 and was originally used for the storage of imported products through the Docks Comerciales concessionaire in Valencia.
It was designed by architects Víctor Gonsalves and Demetrio Ribes, also author of the Estación del Norte de Valencia. Of the five planned plants, only two were built.
