C/ Trinquete de Caballeros, 5

Located in the historic center of Valencia, in the Seu-Xerea neighborhood, is the Church of San Juan del Hospital, founded in 1238 by the Military Order of the Knights Hospitallers of St. John of Jerusalem, today Order of Malta .

It is the oldest church built after the Reconquest of Valencia, being the first that was built in the city after that period on a territory granted by King Don Jaime, in recognition of the energy with which this order collaborated in the Reconquest of Valencia.
