Askua Restaurante

C/ Felip María Garín, 4 46021 Valencia

CUISINE:  Grilled meats, market cuisine and selected wines.

TOURIST AREA: Camins del Grau

Askua is a grill whose origin goes back to 1994, from its beginnings bet for products and raw materials chosen of high quality, always counting on the best suppliers in the country. A good meal is a privilege and that is exactly how they want their “privileged” clients to feel.

Its meat is a cult objective for those who are very knowledgeable, as well as its “cocochas”, its prawns or its pulpits from Cambrils. Ricardo Gadea’s passion for raw materials has turned a simple grill into one of the country’s great product restaurants.
