Ma Khin Café was born in 2014 as a response to the chef’s restlessness to create a gastronomic concept unprecedented in the city, Decolonial Asian Food. With roots in Burma’s gastronomic history, his cuisine takes history and food seriously.

From a steaming mohinga casserole to a simple and comforting dahl bowl, respecting culinary traditions, promoting cultural encounter and exchange, and anticipating a future where people will be as welcome as his cuisine.
