Through our apiturismo, learn about the particularities of bees, the work that the beekeeper does and the instruments he uses, how honey is made and extracted, the different types of hives, as well as multiple curiosities about bees and their importance for the environment.

Through our beekeeping workshop, learn about the particularities of bees, the work carried out by the beekeeper and the instruments used, how honey is made and extracted. As well as the different types of hives, the many curiosities of bees and their importance for the environment.
In addition, we want you to fully immerse yourself in the experience by visiting the apiary and its surroundings, where you will observe the functions of each bee, but you will also be able to take out a honeycomb and feel like a real beekeeper. We will provide you with the appropriate clothing (suit, face shield and gloves). Finally you will be able to taste our different and delicious types of natural honey, as well as the purest honeycomb.
Discover our working method and how we help bees make our delicious artisanal and 100% pure honey, just as we have been doing for more than 80 years in 3 generations.

ACTIVITY SCRIPT
1. Arrival at the apiary located in the heart of the Sierra de Segaria. Our apiary is located in the middle of nature, where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the Marina Alta mountains. In addition, the explanation and tasting will take place in our little house, which is in the same natural environment.
2. Presentation of the work carried out by the beekeeper and the instruments used, how honey is made and extracted, the different types of hives, and curiosities about bees and their importance for the environment.
3. It’s time to take action. All that remains is for us to provide you with the appropriate clothing (overalls, face mask and gloves) and enter the apiary. You will observe the functions of each bee, but you will also be able to take out a honeycomb and immerse yourself in the experience completely.
4. Finally, we do not want you to leave with any doubts and, much less, without tasting our different and delicious types of natural honey. Take advantage!
