Nuria and José Miguel, owners of Nozomi Sushi Bar, are passionate about Japanese culture and, in particular, about their cuisine for more than 15 years.
His conceptual work based on his gastronomic values (classic emotional and rational contemporary), elevates his proposal of Japanese cuisine with a careful interior design.
